President and CEO

As CEO of Lantrasoft, Kavi sets the vision and strategy for the company’s success and growth, having established and grown a globally distributed team experienced in product development, solution delivery, and managed services.

Under his leadership, Lantrasoft focuses on Internet of Things (IoT) solutions for utilities, including power, piped natural gas (PNG), water, and sewage. His work also includes cost optimization using activity-based costing and management (ABM/ABC) for healthcare institutions, enterprise integration, retail point-of-sale solutions, and managed services spanning infrastructure management, IT operations, application management, testing, and product development.

John Sammons

Chief Operating Officer

With more than 30 years of leadership experience, John has helped organizations navigate technology modernization, operational transformation, and strategic growth across industries including AI, financial services, telecommunications, retail, and healthcare.

As COO of Lantrasoft, John leads strategic partnerships, operational excellence, service delivery, and growth initiatives, helping clients leverage emerging technologies to drive measurable business outcomes.

Before joining Lantrasoft, John led managed services operations for Meta’s Research SuperCluster (RSC) at Penguin Computing, which was recognized as the world’s fastest AI supercomputer in 2022. His leadership experience also includes roles with IBM and the Federal Reserve System, where he directed transformation initiatives supporting payment systems processing more than $26 trillion annually.

Lauren Fay

Director of Business Development

Lauren brings a career built on both sides of the technology business — establishing and scaling enterprise partner ecosystems while also driving the sales pipeline that fuels them. She began her career as a Senior Information Technology Consultant, closing managed services, project services, and cloud services contracts by working directly with engineers and clients to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.

She went on to lead enterprise sales and partnerships roles where she managed end-to-end sales pipelines, negotiated strategic partnerships with key industry players, and drove net new revenue growth across cross-functional teams.

As Director of Business Development at Lantrasoft, Lauren leads enterprise partnerships and growth initiatives, helping clients connect Lantrasoft’s technology and managed services capabilities to their strategic priorities.
