As CEO of Lantrasoft, I set the vision, strategy for the success and growth of the company. Established and managing a globally distributed team that is very experienced in the areas of product development, solution delivery and managed services.

Currently we focus on Internet of Things (IoT) for Utilities (Power, PNG, Water and Sewage), Cost Optimization using Activity Based Costing and Management (ABM/ABC) for Healthcare Institutions, Enterprise Integration, Retail Solutions (Point of Sale), Integration of Retail solutions with Enterprise applications such as OMS, BI, Big Data, Mobile Development, Managed Services in the areas of Infrastructure Management that includes IT Operations, Application Management and Testing and product development.

With more than 30 years of leadership experience, John has helped organizations navigate technology modernization, operational transformation, and strategic growth across industries including AI, financial services, telecommunications, retail, and healthcare.

As COO of Lantrasoft, John leads strategic partnerships, operational excellence, service delivery, and growth initiatives, helping clients leverage emerging technologies to drive measurable business outcomes.

Before joining Lantrasoft, John led managed services operations for Meta’s Research SuperCluster (RSC) at Penguin Computing, which was recognized as the world’s fastest AI supercomputer in 2022. His leadership experience also includes roles with IBM and the Federal Reserve System, where he directed transformation initiatives supporting payment systems processing more than $26 trillion annually.

Service Delivery Head with over a decade-and-half years of experience in the BFSI industry. Responsible for planning, development, implementation and management of Service Delivery programs, strategies and initiatives.

Prasanna is currently heading Lantrasoft’s Managed Services engagements and specializes in delivering Infrastructure and Application Support Services for various LOBs by coordinating with infrastructure, product development, interfacing, testing teams and vendors.
