It’s been an incredible journey since the time I joined this organization, where each day is new and challenging. Lantrasoft has always provided me the support and guidance to grow as a professional. Probably the most open work culture in the industry, which allows us to share our ideas to contribute in the growth of the organization. It’s a great feeling to be part of Lantrasoft. We are motivated by the rewards and recognition programs provided for good performers. The opportunity to learn in the company is enormous.

Lantrasoft has been my second family since I joined the company in 2014. This is a truly professional organization that never compromises on quality and good ideas are always encouraged and fully supported. It is overwhelming to say this company is not only committed to the clients they serve across globe but also the employees they hire. I am proud and excited to be a part of talented, experienced and enthusiastic team at Lantrasoft.

People enjoy working here. There’s so much opportunity to grow here, it’s a great work environment, and an excellent team to be a part of. The team we have here is great. We all have good ideas, and we feel free to share them. I love the options for growth here.

I have started my career in Lantrasoft as an Administrator and moved over to HR in an entirely different function, and the road ahead looks to be filled with endless possibilities and am very proud to be part of Lantrasoft.

I really enjoy the support and trust I get from Lantrasoft senior management. No matter how busy they are, they take the time to get the answers and support that I need to be successful. As we are growing, it is more challenging to balance our work load, career goals and family, however still feel a sense of satisfaction that we are moving in the right direction. In Lantrasoft they treat me like family and working in an environment that takes care of me all times.

I got an immense experience in my first project itself by getting the chance to work with world class architects & designers and solving highly complex problems with huge data sets. I have been facing many challenges in my day to day work here, especially in dealing with trending technology like IoT. Of course, the team is awesome including managers in a way that they are always open to our ideas, discussions and suggestions. No doubt that Lantrasoft has added a great value to my career.

Since I started working in Lantrasoft, I feel like I have got a better role to play. There is a great freedom and support to pitch in ideas and calibrate the skills.
